Jamal Hammett is President and CEO of Allen Hammett Inc., a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business advancing cybersecurity governance, mission technology, and assessment readiness. A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, he brings 23 years of military service and nine years of federal government experience. His leadership connects operational discipline, defensible evidence, and accountable execution to lasting mission outcomes.

Jamal Hammett is President and CEO of Allen Hammett Inc. and a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer. He brings 23 years of military service and 9 years of federal government experience to leading a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on cybersecurity, risk management, and mission readiness.
His leadership spans operational IT, security governance, and federal assessment readiness. Through Allen Hammett contracts, he has supported multiple successful FISMA audits, participated in a JCIP/DIA inspection, and achieved an A+ external security audit rating. He connects technical evidence, accountable execution, and executive decision-making to sustain readiness between assessments.
Jamal is advancing internally developed assessment tools and governed intelligence workflows informed by that experience. He holds a master’s degree in cybersecurity from National University and a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
